If we make 5NN the prosign, we accomplish two things:
1. It will stop the movement to abolish 5NN or 599.
2. "5 9 9" can replace "please copy" on phone. (We will then be able to
criticize those who say, "Please copy, 5 9 9..." as being redundant :-)
