If you think it's a challenge from the Mid-Atlantic region, consider
what it's like from W6.

Any changes to contest rules that increase the advantage of east coast
contesters seems to be OK with HQ!

I can go one better.  How'd you like to have to work it from KH6?  Close to 
6000 miles away..  JA, HL and UA9 are closer. So is VK/ZL.  This might take 
away some of the West Coast advantage.
