When it’s the same DXCC entity, I agree.....but.....I think you have the legal,
strict interpretation of the rule, and then the moral or ethical version....I
think, and I may be in the minority, that the spirit of the rule implies you
should sign portable, when a KH6 operates from Alaska, or. KP4 front Virgin
Islands.....
