If anything the delays are newbies trying SO2R or the new breed of multi ops 
running multiple "in band" stations - experienced SO2R ops don't get involved 
in the hunt if they can't do it with efficiency - in fact if that is happening 
you are doing it wrong

Successful SO2R depends on having the proficiency such that those you work 
don't know you're SO2R. 

The top ops are pretty seamless. Others are still trying.
