We had another thread on Facebook, other people that would love to see an 8 or 12 hour event on Sunday. There were many comments about how slow, boring, uninterested people are with SS. Many people just do not get on anymore as it is not fun to them. Having an 8 or 12 hour sprint on Sunday could possible make Saturday feel like Sunday.

For those of you who do SS,

Would you be interested in participating in an SS-like contest (same
exchange/mults),
but over a 12-hour period, but only using Vintage gear?

We had an interesting discussion about this on Facebook.

Vintage meaning old, of course
- No computer-controlled radio or keying (logging if you wish).
- Keyers fine, but no memories (W9TO, etc)
- Hopefully radios that glow, homebrew, etc.
- Bugs encouraged

If enough people are interested, I'll find a time to squeeze it in
somewhere.
