[CQ-Contest] Time to start thinking about 7QP

Anybody considering a mobile or county-line operation in the 2016 7QP
is encouraged to contact K4XU and/or the relevant state captain(s).
We'd like to activate as many of the rarer counties as possible and
minimize potential duplication of effort.

 

The first weekend in May is a great time to tour the mountain states
and be a part of the country's second largest QSO party.
