My preference is ENN, 5NN, or SNN in that order. They all easily and
automagically convert to 599 at my fingertips.
Beyond those, cut numbers in the RST are a distraction to me.
In serial numbers, etc. I like a leading "T" (or "TT") in numbers below 100,
but no other cut numbers.
