May everyone understand the underlying truth of what you say.

Order of priorities to maximize contest score:

1. location;
2. antennas;
3. operator; and only then,
4. equipment.

IMHO,  one could use an 1970's-era "C" line with matching L4B to win CQWW
from Cape Cod, provided that points 2 and 3 are maximized.  (We might find
out soon, if rumors that VY2ZM/K1ZM soon may be successful in selling his
PEI QTH.  Although he does use "modern" equipment.)

How many with dipoles (or a tribander or HEX beam) at 40 feet complain that
"XXX" must have cheated to beat them with 100 watts?
