Other than ND, what's rare in 0-land?

For domestic purposes, don't we already contests like this?  They're 
called Sweepstakes and NAQP.  For RTTY, they're called CQWW RTTY, NAQP 
and RTTY Round-Up.

Sorry, the idea of getting on the air to hand out the Colorado 
multiplier on 20 meter CW just doesn't get me all that excited.
