Paul, your conditions explicitly forbid use of SDR and even bandscopes. We
are NOT blind in the contests!
Young operators would be heavily favored as they could use 15 kHz roofing
filters and listen to the widest spectra.
Kudos to VK4TI views! I was trying to convince Alex, VE3NEA to add RTTY to
Skimmer. I guess I'll have to beat his Morse Runner first with my CW robot.
