Directly contest sponsor shouldn't care. Indirectly yes. Last contest I worked few new ones on 160. Why should I loose them for DXCC? I better work them before contest. If this question is not fixed between CQ WW and DXCC than contest will loose a lot of participants who came to work new ones. Is it good price for publishing logs? PS I vote for both. I agree that logs should be available but I need my DXCC credits earned in contest too.
