SO2R is one operator using two radios, listening on one
while transmitting on the other, or listening on both at
the same time. Who knows, the operator might even use
two or more antennas at the same time!
With packet, an operator gets real-time spotting assistance
from many other operators. Although known as SO Assisted,
in reality it's multi-op in all but name.
That's why packet is not OK for single op.
