I have to agree with Paul and Barry on this one. If the contest adjudicator
can arbitrarily change the contest data from what was recorded to what he
thinks it should be based upon a "best guess" then that data is irrelevent.
I can understand if I work 100 stations and give a different zone each time
but if I give a consistent report to each station, then it should be
acceptable if it is at least plausible. If I say I'm in zone 32, then I'm
nuts but I can be in zone 2 within a few hours so that is plausible
(although it would probably be cheaper to go to zone 32 :) ).
