I had a lot of problems making QSO's this weekend. I had to give fills on
almost every QSO. I was running a barefoot TS-850. The stations I was
calling were all loud and many were "A". I figured it was that one-way
propagation phenomenon.
BTW when I was in grad school studying radio science we were looking at
various tilted-ionosphere models to explain one-way propagation. Verrry
interesting!
