Hi Art,
It is my opinion that arranging specific schedules such as, "I'll meet you
on 14.005 at 1300Z on the first day" are against the rules if done outside
of the contest. Of course, setting schedules DURING the contest is fine as
long as they are done over the air (no internet/telephone).
I don't, however, feel that saying something like, "I'll look for you on 20M
in the contest" is against the spirit of the rules, either on the air or via
the internet.
