Heil Headphones?? Baaaaad!
I bought the Azden 'phones with the boom mic, and I liked them, but
there was one problem. They didn't cover the ear and block out
background noises real well. I went the Radio Smack and picked up the
Optimus Pro 44 (?? I'll check when I go home for lunch) 'phones for
around $30. They sound bassy at first, but it really hasn't been a
problem now.. I find them really nice to have on CW. Very little
background noise, and you can do the WG9L thing and tack your Heil mike
on the side and whammo!
