The BEST headphones I've ever used are FOSTEX. I use the Model T-20 and
plug them in the speaker jack of my TS-950. I can wear them 48-hours
without ANY discomfort. Cost about 80 bucks at audio stores. I epoxy a
HEIL boom mike to the side of the ear piece, with HC-4 cartridge,
naturally. Good luck.
