Well, I certainly can't speak for the rest of the States, but GA has a 
"frivolous lawsuit"
statute on the books, just to cut down what Bill was talking about, and you can 
get your
self in BIG trouble if the court rules your suit was frivolous. In that case, 
the person
you sued can come back against you for BIG Bucks.
