Just as a point of information... Several homebuilders have observed that the GS-35b needs to be run at about 4 kV to achieve a reasonable efficiency factor. I have run one myself at only 2.9 kV and was disappointed at getting only about 50% plate efficiency. It should be in the 60 to 65% range.
