Bon Jour Herik! As someone stated the problem is probably C109 (22 uF, 20V) on the HV & Control PCB. With R120 this RC delay circuit controls the time delay. If your actual delay is less than 3 minutes, you may need to adjust R120 for the specified delay. I still remember the thrill of hearing your CQ on 160m from Colorado when I was W0ZV.
