transformer core and where on the loop the power supply was at turn-off
I have no idea as to the width of the bh curve, but what I remember from
magnetics and transformer theory if the hysteresis loop is wide, and the
on time is at the opposing point on the curve that initial magnetizing
current pulse could be a whopper.
