Only if you want it to be a problem and can split hairs on the SA.

Subject: [Amps] Screen regulation

For reasons that I won't go into, I want to put a 22 ohm resistor
between a
regulated supply and the screen of a 4CX1000A. This would upset the
regulation to the tune of 0.77 volts when the screen current swings
between
0 and 35 mA. Without the resistor, the regulator holds the screen
voltage
constant within 0.1 volt from 0 to 35 mA.
From the standpoint of linearity/IMD would this be a problem?
