[Amps] Ten-Tec Centurion Design Flaw?

My TT Centurion seems stable on 160 when running. The current ceramic caps
do well but an older doorknob failed.
Centurion does not have enough range for matching with SWR > 1.5.  I use
TT238 to help.  Also the harmonic attenuation is so so. When running in
ARRL160CW last weekend, I got a few spots on reverse network on 80m.
