Your language is a little coarse isn't it?

And it works fine. I used and others are advised to use Teflon wire.

No go back into the hole you climbed out of!

Rich Measures AG6K uses #22 wire on a 30A circuit to feed a pair of
3-500's.  He does this intentionally due to the voltage drop he  wants. 
Either
everyone who did this modification he suggests died in a  house fire in 
doing
so or they are just not coming forward to tell us it worked  OK for them.
