The tuning remains the same due to power supply limitations in the AL-811H.  
The advantage of using the 572B's is that the tube is more rugged and will 
withstand mis-tuning better.  It will also last longer as it will be run below 
it's rated output.  One might sneak a few more watts out, but you run the risk 
of burning up the power supply.  The filter capacitor bank is marginal in this 
amplifier, so I would think the rest of the supply is also marginal.  Tell him 
to maintain the same plate and grid current limitations and he should never 
have to replace the tubes.

Hi 

A friend of mine just got a 811H with the tubes 572 s( from  RF parts)  some 
one 
else made the modification and looks that all is working fine, he is very 

obsessive in his things and want to know all to the detail specially in the 
amplifier tuning,    the question is now , the amp was original with 811's  and 
all the tuning and 

the maximum values are for those tubes, with the 572's are the same maximum 
values  to take care when tuning for maximum power?

will appreciate your answer  to pass to him.
