[Amps] Commander HF2500E

I have a Commander HF2500E that is perfect in every way to me but 2. 
1- the loud relays, does anyone have experience in changing these relays out to 
the RJ1A or something like that?

2- the blower is louder than I would like, does anyone know of a quieter blower 
that I could replace Katrina with?
