My homebrew amp has 3 compartments - the RF compartment, an under-chassis
compartment for the input and control circuitry, and a front subpanel area for
metering and control knobs and switches.

What is the preferred method for routing control leads from the under-chassis
compartment out through the subpanel to the various meters/knobs/switches. A
grommetted hole with bypass caps on the inside? Feed-thru caps?

The Orr handbook (23rd ed. p.12-10) has a comparison diagram of various lead
filtering setups. The most bang-for-buck appearing to be a single .01uF
Sprague hi-pass feedthru cap.
