I know of nothing you need to do really.
You might cut the Green Wire if you want to use it on 12/10 meters. If you
are not going to use 1500 watts RTTY you might lower the fan speed by one.
The Al-1500 has certainly been one of my better purchases, with no buyer
remorse what so ever.

I purchased a new AL-1500 amplifier as a backup amplifier to my others.
Does anyone have any suggestions for upgrades that need to go into the
amplifier before I fire it up for the first time. I checked on line but
didn't come up with any upgrades.
