Maybe Im a little dense but I have no idea what you are asking.
If the plate transformer runs on 240 and the rest on 120 you do not need a
separate 120 line. Simply use one leg of the 240 line against the neutral.
Real old 220 lines and EU stuff uses a 2 wire setup; its 3 wire in the USA.
