Thats what happens when underated parts are used by an unknowing builder
more interested in saving a few bucks. Throw them all away and get something
that will hold up.
The ONLY caps I would use in that size are USA made Cornell Dublier 381LX
series of 105* C high ripple current rated. Mouser has them and I believe
that their # 5985-450V220 is the same size as the Nichicrap.
