N7WS' complete conclusions, which you continue to ignore and
refuse to print, were that the same result could be obtained
with a conventional suppressor by simply decreasing the value
of the resistor in the suppressor by about 35%. The use of
nichrome wire simply provided resistance in parallel with the
fixed resistor. Worse yet, the additional resistance was in
the branch of the circuit that carried the desired (< 30 MHz)
RF and caused avoidable losses.
