[Amps] Henry 2K parts needed

I am looking for the perforated (square holes) top cover for the RF deck of a 
Henry 2K-2 amplifier.  I think this cover is the same in all models of the 
Henry 2K and perhaps in other Henry amplifiers.   

I am also looking for the perforated top cover for the amplifier.

I am also looking for a good pair of 3-400Zs.
