[Amps] 3CX1200D7 on eBay

There is a 3CX1200D7 for sale on eBay that is finishing in an hour or so. 
The bidding is up to $138 and the seller acknowledges the fact that there is 
no continuity between the 2 filament pins.  What could anyone want with a 
tube that doesn't work?  I don't believe that anyone rebuilds this tube.
