[Amps] Something I just can't figure!

All,

I just can't fathom the sense in this at all. Look at the links and the prices 
of an HP and a Sencore LCR meter. These were both listed close to each other in 
time under the proper place for LCR meters. Buyers should have seen both if 
looking at the whole LCR directory.
