[Amps] Is three a replacement 220 volt power cord for the AL-80B?

I bought an AL-80B which I want to convert to 220 volt operation.  Is there an 
alternative to chopping off the 120 volt plug and adding a 240 volt plug? Can 
one buy a 220 volt power cord with a molded on 220 volt plug to replace the 
original one so that when I sell the amp I can offer the buyer either 120 volt 
or 220 volt professionally made power cords?
