If you want to translate this page into english right click on a blank area 
of the page, near the bottom of the drop down menu click "translate to 
english". Another window will open with the page in english.
You might need your Windows install disk for the langage pack but it will 
print the page in english

A very neat and clean plate circuit design (I'm currently trying to do one 
like it) - only draw-back is that the page is in Japanese only, but lots of 
pictures.
