If you, or anyone else, has a full Eimac data sheet I would apprecaite a 
scanned (or snail mail) copy and will put it at http://www.g8wrb.org/
where you can find data on a number of Eimac tubes, but not that one.

I'm well aware of the short-form catalogues on Eimac's site.
