[Amps] Vacuum or Air?

Hi Guys:

I'm starting to accumulate the parts for my 2 x 813 AM amp.

Got a 'thousand' questions and enjoy all this Hamology.

Permit me to pose one: what factors (other than cost) should be considered in 
choosing between a vacuum variable and an air variable capacitor?
