Craig,
What are the breaker specifics, number of poles, voltage rating, and etc? Does
this have wire leads, screw terminals, or bus taps? Could this actually be a
shunt trip breaker?

Hi Amps

I have a 50 amp Airpax circuit breaker ModelUPL5023186-9. Its a 50 amp
breaker with a 120 volt series coil on one pole. I would like to use this
breaker for a amp project on a 240 volt line. The question is this. Can i
bypass the series coil on one pole, and will bypassing the series coil
allow that pole to operate as a normal breaker? I have checked the Airpax
web page, there's very little information there. I am more familiar with
the European DIN breakers rather these rare for us Airpax style breakers.
