[Amps] Ameritron als-600

High SWR on transciver when transmit.  Maybe some one has had this problem? My 
swr is 1.2 in standby position but when I put the ALS-600 into operate mode the 
swr on the transciever goes to infinity and of course there is no output of 
amp. Looking at the amp meter it tries to tansmit but the radio shuts downs due 
the high standing wave. any suggestions?  Larry WB9F
