Peter Dahl has white silicon HV wire that is super flexible, and rated
to 20kv or more.
He has been selling it to me by the foot for years.

The requirement of 200º C might be met by silicone-rubber insulated
wire, Belden makes HV silicone-rubber insulated wire for auto
ignition systems and test-leads. .
