Ken, That depends on the 'leakage' of each individual capacitor. Since they should all be 'well formed' by now it would be a good idea to check the voltage across each of the 16 series connected capacitors at your current voltage setting, and if they are all realatvely close in their voltage readings, then the answer to your question is YES.
