Boy this is almost as good as the great parasitic debate. What you do is put
a 25 ohm 25 watt resistor and a high voltage fuse (2A) after the capacitor
bank in series with the wire going to the plate choke and if you want to get
fancy put one or two diodes in series and back to back across the B- to
ground resistor if you have one or on the grid meter if there is no resistor
on the B- side. I hope we can get on to more interesting aspects of tube and
solid state amps, we can all dream, besides Xmas is coming.
