[AMPS] IC-756PRO/HF-2500 Problem

I would be nearly certain the problem
is a "sticking" T/R relay.  I had exactly the
same symptom some months back;  was
cured by replacing the relay.  Was very
annoying at the time for sure!  The relay over
on the amp was the one hanging up.
