A gentleman named Gerry Hiller is one of the leading experts on PIN
designs. He originally worked at Unitrode and probably did some of these
PIN designs. He also worked at M/A-Com where he wrote a lot of papers
(probably what Peter mentions here). He is now employed at Alpha
Industries (whom I represent). I have a number of papers by Gerry on PIN
circuits. If anyone wants any of these, please let me know. I could
scan them or snail mail them.
