Don't forget as Hoff pointed out in his article in Ham Radio that on the
higher frequencies, the impedance effects of the bias choke, socket, etc
need to be taken into account. This can and likely will change the value
of C2. In my amp, the values of C2 on 15M and 10M were quite different
than the formulas predicted, while on 80, 40 and 20, they were about
right on.
