Hi Bill (s), et al

Adhesive technology has made some tremendous progress over the past
decade or so.
The Loctite 499 we use at work is primarily to secure tiny pieces of gold
ribbon used for tuning on the microstrip lines in the Millimeter Wave
region. It was chosen as the product having the least effect on detuning.
Epoxy was tried but it has too much of a long term detuning effect as is
now used only to secure potentiometer controls.
Our TX and RX products are used around the world in Wireless systems as
you see on towers everywhere these days. I'm not sure how much vibration
is involved but reliability at all surface temperature extremes is a
must.
