[AMPS] DC rateing of AC oil capacitors

I have a number of oil type AC capacitors.
Some time ago on one reflector I remember 
the discussion of the DC ratings of such 
capacitors but can't find it any where.
Can someone remind me what the factor is?
It is greater than 1.4, I'm sure. It may
have been a factor of 2 or 2.5.
