Any time I've called I've gotten some engineer that never gets to talk to
people and gotten far more info that I was first looking for! I called once
for some info on various types of coolers for 2C39's and wound up with info
on all their triodes, spec sheets on the coolers, and a bunch of reprints
on ham use for their tubes. There are a number of companies that seem to go
the extra mile for customer service and Eimac is one of them.
