measure the C, if the C is within spec., mark the actual value and
measure the leakage current after reforming. Leakage current should be
under roughly 300uA.

Digi-Key and Mouser carry the critters, and they reportedly ship promptly
on foreign phoned-in orders paid by VISA. . Mouser 1 800 346 6873,
DigiKey 1 800 344 4539.
- Due to electrolytic design improvement, more C is currently available
in the same case size. Heath was not known for going overboard on filter
capacitance, so a bit more would be good. .
